hello! i am jill.

introducing myself and hoping you'll like me feels pretty uncomfortable for me. so i tend to feel a little safer snapping pictures and sharing what i love with the hopes you love it too...

but here is what i can tell you about me...i like people and really enjoying learning about everyones uniqueness. i dig positivity. i made four people and i think they are the coolest people in the world. plants make me giddy. give me all the summers and sunshine. i practice yoga daily. mastering new recipes excites me (id love to own a food truck one day) and this year I'm determined to push myself more out of my comfort zone!

my sessions are perfectly imperfect! they are fun, creative and emotion filled. i want you to see you and your people in a way that is different than the classic, perfectly posed image. this isn't fancy outfits or big smiles, it is about being together just as you are. i have been photographing my family daily in a very documentary way for over 10 years and want to show you how beautiful you all are - i promise you, you will not be disappointed!

a little info about my sessions...

what to expect.

just like every family i photograph is different, so is every session. think of our time together as more of hanging out and laid back. the goal is to always have some fun, try some new things and get you some memories of this time in your life. no matter what your family consists of, we will do a mix of posed and candids of individuals, groupings and everyone together. you will have a wide variety of images that will represent each of you as you are. we will plan a bit prior to our time together (time, location, agenda, attire), but most importantly, just relax and be you!

as a mom, i know it is easy to stress over kids behavior, but please let that go! i come to the session with zero expectations. i let the kids be kids. i don’t force anything or tell them to say ‘cheese’…the less pressure they feel, the better it works out for everyone! if i need any help, i promise to ask!

after your session...

once your images have been edited and are complete, you will have access to them through an easy to navigate online gallery where you can view, download to your computer and order prints if you so choose.

pricing...

simple session: $300 (up to 5 people)

looking for a simple and relaxed session that your kids won't burn out at? this is it! your family (whatever that is!) will be photographed in a very relaxed way. our time together will include a variety of posed and candids along with some creativity if everyone is up for it!

complete session: $550

want some more time to create, get warmed up or include extended family? this session runs a little longer to include more time for more fun, more connections, more love and or more family! again, this session is very relaxed and includes posed, candids and creative play.

i only take a handful of weddings each year, so please email me here as soon as possible so i can share with you all the details and pricing!
